Residential Quarterly Pest Control Program:

We have a lot of pests in this part of the country.  Some are just a nuisance, but some can bite, sting, transmit disease, or damage our valuable homes.

Most pest control companies offer a monthly or every other month service.  These programs are expensive and intrusive to our lives.  Typically these services consist of using a squirt can to spray inside around the baseboards and the entire treatment takes no more than 10-15 minutes.

Our philosophy is completely different.  We know that most of the pest problems come from the outside.  We also know that you must apply pesticides where pests are living, breeding, and hiding to achieve control.  Unlike most pest control companies, all our trucks are equipped with large, expensive power spray rigs.

 

Here is how it works.  On the initial treatment, we power spray a band from the foundation out 10 feet around the entire home, treat under all the eaves, and around all windows and doors.  Attached garages are also a hot spot so we treat them thoroughly and also fog the attic.

Inside the house, we treat around all doors, windows, baseboards, under sinks, around washer and dryers and around toilets.  In addition we also treat wall and ceiling junctures for spiders.  All people and pets must be gone for 2 hours when we treat inside a home.  Other pest control companies do not require this, but it is irresponsible and dangerous to apply pesticides inside when people and pets are present.

Instead of constant monthly spraying, we recommend a quarterly pest management program.  Our quarterly service is less expensive over a period of a year, less intrusive, safer and actually more effective.  On the quarterly service, we concentrate on controlling pests BEFORE they get inside your home.  We treat the outside and garage very thoroughly as mentioned above and then install insect monitors in out of the way places inside.

The monitors are inspected, and if we are not catching pests on them and you are not seeing pests we prefer to forgo spraying pesticides inside your house.

If there is a need to treat inside, or if you want us to treat inside, we will, but the price is the same and all people and pets must vacate for 2 hours for safety reasons.

The quarterly pest management program is fully guaranteed.  If you develop a pest problem in between services, just let us know and we will provide a reservice at no extra cost to you.

Also, a lot of companies do not offer a single service, and the ones that do rarely offer any warranty.  For most pests, we offer a one-time single service with a 90 day warranty.
